At present, after testing, each drying system runs well and stably, and the temperature curve is smooth and continuous, which fully meets the current process capacity requirements of Dongguan coating production line and can meet the requirements of increasing capacity in the future.

The Dongguan coating production line is mainly composed of pre-treatment electrophoresis line, sealing primer line, middle coating line, top coating line, finishing line and its drying system.

Layout of the engineering process of coating production line:

1. Plastic spraying line: upper conveyor chain-plastic spraying-drying (10min, 180℃-220℃)-cooling-down

2. Paint spraying line: upper conveyor chain-electrostatic dust removal-primer-leveling-topcoat-leveling-drying (30min, 80℃)-cooling-down

Paint spraying mainly includes oil spraying spray booth and water curtain spray booth, which are widely used in surface coating of bicycles, automobile leaf springs and large loaders.

The oven is one of the important equipment in the coating production line, and its temperature uniformity is an important indicator to ensure the quality of the coating. The heating methods of the drying oven include radiation, hot air circulation and radiation + hot air circulation, etc. According to the production program, it can be divided into single-chamber and through-type, etc. The equipment forms include straight-through type and bridge type.
